Filling Your Special Product Needs
Welcome to our Health Concierge service, where we will
gladly find and order special products for you.
Looking for a unique product that we don't carry?
We'll do our best to find it for you.
Need a supplement that is only available through
physicians? As long as it doesn't require you to
have a prescription, we can probably get it for you.
(Or at least we'll strain our backs trying)!
Perhaps Dr. Myatt or another physician has recommended a special product for
you that we don't stock? No problem, we'll get it. Here's how your
Health Concierge service works:

Regular concierge. We'll find and order your product for you. This may delay
overall shipment of your order by up to 10 days, but you will incur no
additional shipping charges for your order.
- Expedited concierge. We'll ship any
"non concierge" items in your order right away and send the concierge item(s)
out as soon as they arrive, usually an additional 2-3 days. Some concierge
items can be drop-shipped from the manufacturer and may go out the same day.
Expedited charges for special-order products are
$7.00 for items under $40.00 and $9.00 for items over $40.00.
If you are a Wellness Club member,
you can email or call 10 days before placing your regular order and we'll have
your concierge item in stock for you, ready to go out with the remainder of your
order at no extra charge and no delay for you!
When you see this concierge symbol next to a product,

simply choose the "regular" or "expedited"
service and we'll
take care of the rest.
